DEFINING DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE

To re-envision the ride and drive experience for Lincoln China. The concept began by targeting the four senses of Lincoln & translating that experience into a environment that provides the user to be immersed into the world of Lincoln.

MOOD BOARD

Inspired by the traditional architure in China with a modern twist. Traditional Chinese architecture is characterized by bilateral symmetry, use of enclosed open spaces, feng shui (e.g. directional hierarchies), a horizontal emphasis. Unlike the traditional emphasis on colors, carvings, and intricacies, modern Chinese architecture focuses on a limited palette in styles and techniques.

THE 4 STAGES OF LINCOLN

Stage 1- Enter (greeted) an AYI takes care of your needs at this step. (brought into the tea room)

Stage 2- A host guides you thru the process.

Stage 3- Master info helps you chose the material and vehicle for you.

Stage 4- Now drive! test drive the vehicle that was made just for you!

3D FORM STUDY OF INTERIOR CONCEPT LAYOUT

FOCUS AREA ONE: TONALITY & TEXTURE

Inviting & warmth / texture & layered/ open & private / A space that uses material that reflects the essences of Lincoln & their users.

COLOR AND MATERIAL INSPIRATION

The space emphasis the use of texture, instead of colors within the space. The texture are used to create dimension and interested in the space, while not relying on colors to do so. Using white as the spaces main backdrop, while using pops of materials such as light wash woods, graphic metal sheets and naturally greenery, to warm up the space.
